The Lord

Well it appears as if everything is falling into place for a little jaunt to the Thailand, Japan and the UK. I am thinking Thailand first for 25-30 days - snorkelling, white water rafting, random treks and settle somewhere nice for a week or so and get some work done. Laptop will be an issue here, I’m thinking about just using remote server and using a server here in Brisbane to work off. Or just buy something stupid cheap to destroy. Not sure yet!

After Thailand I think I will try to fly to the UK via Dubai and stay one or two nights there and check it all out. Really keen to see it in action and all it’s glory. I have always been a great fan of opulence!

From Dubai I will get into the UK, not sure where to yet but either Manchester, London or maybe even Edinbourough. Depends who I stay with. Rob has kindly allowed me to base myself where they are so I can go and check out Europe and he will show me about. Which for me is excellent, apart from the reason it makes everything so much easier, Rob and Amy are excellent company!

At some stage I am going to:

visit an old mate from school in London
have a beer or 7 with Ed, Joe O’Brien and Pete Newsome (all Aussies travelling at the same time :o)

Amsterdam
France
Italy
Belgium
France
Ireland
Scoootland
Whatever else I run into…

If anyone has ideas, or wants to organise a time and place to meetup let me know. Pete? Ed? Joe?

On the way back I’m going via Japan for about a week or so. Naturally most of this will change according to tickets/seasons/logic, but I am booking the tickets this week and really starting to get very excited!!
