** w00t: This one’s jumping the gun slightly but I am almost certain it’s going to happen. I will know tomorrow sometime.

Looks like I may have just achieved my 1st Goal for 2008: SEO Consulting,
3/ Find large client in competitive profitable niche with good seo knowledge

Requirements in my mind were:

- Profitable Niche
- Top 10 Hitwise rating
- Large generic domain portfolio
- Easy to deal with/open minded

Well I solved all those and a lot more. How about a very scary portfolio of very nice names, a real niche with real competition. This one’s going to really help get some of these other goals happening faster. So welcome to 2008, the year of luck.

This year has really gotten off to a late start - planning goals late Jan I simply needed to take some time off and relax. While 2007 was a great year it had it’s moments and I am planning to build on a lot of the new things I learnt as a result.

My Work Goals

Work is split into three groups:

Domaining

1/ Finalise plans for niche parking/development company
2/ Locate more domains: several ways
3/ Buy domains: waiting for .au to open up
4/ Sell domains: mainly .co.uk .com (maybe .au?)
5/ Develop domains: some cool projects coming up

SEO Consulting Goals

1/ Maintain existing clients (until they can take care of themselves)
2/ Consolidate where possible: need to put more time into my own projects
3/ Find large client in competitive profitable niche with good seo knowledge

Development Goals

1/ Build out all important names to #1 for their kw’s
2/ Add more content & develop out sites with good revenue
3/ Buy some websites: content/links
4/ Set up office content & programming (or partner with someone)
5/ Start doing business 100% mobile & automate everything
6/ Make $500 a day in Adcents
7/ Start developing some sites in Uk

My Personal Goals:

1/ Move to beach: enuff said.
2/ Get very fit: surfing
3/ Save lots of money: spend less
4/ Build businesses up: work really bloody hard
5/ Go out heaps more: play medium hard
6/ Cook really good food: quality foods + organic
7/ Buy a house: want a garden yo!
8/ M3

So after reading my stupidly expensive and madly busy schedule I shall safely conclude not all of this stuff will happen and certainly not in these exact orders. However I would really like to achieve these goals, it’s going to be a massive struggle and I know I am going to go insane at times. But I know it will be worth it.

***2nd Update (12/02/08): iDomains are the new black! As the proud owner of this bad girl I feel in good hands! Better get something up there too!
**Update: I am going to sit on this one for a while and see what materialises.

I am planning a jaunt into a uk pharmacy project. I am not really interested in a short term play, more of a strategic long-term play with key partners. Goal is to slowly build up infantory and rankings until known as a ‘brand’ online in the uk. Goal is to launch late 2008 with a very large dB of product/information.

Offering a full range of Pharmacy services, from disability and hard to find products, through to womens and mens health products, drugs, prescription referrals et al. Hopefully it will become a one-stop shop for all pharmacy needs and wants.

So if anyone wants to volunteer their services, contacts or help I would be most appreciative. Currently I am looking for:

- free content, no copyright
- a good affiliate program with a data feed
- an expert programmer/website builder
- anyone that wants to swap/sell links
- a sponsor, a physician, a Rx company, someone active in online pharma community
